Omphacite is a form of jadeite bears a cunning resemblance to deep blue water type of jadeite. However, one of the stunning features an omphacite has, is the intense shade of absolute dark green to black under normal lighting. Its secret and true colour only reveals when under direct light piercing through its body. These particular two omphacite cabochons have very fine and icy texture with minimal unwanted minerals and cotton that can be seen even under the high intensity of the light.
Both of the oval jadeite cabochons are set in our signature gold and white interloop settings with six natural diamonds (three on each sides). Four claws to hold in place of the omphacite. The ring body is in 18K white gold.
All our photos were taken under natural light settings to showcase the true essence and colours of the pieces. We condemn the uses of any photo editing softwares to alter the colours of the pictures taken. We try to capture the true colours of the pieces as much as possible.
